Welcome to The Gathering Spiritual Center, where we join in unity and fellowship to teach and practice unconditional love through inclusiveness, acceptance, forgiveness, and healing. Our faith is rooted in the Divine Presence within each and every one of us.

At The Gathering Spiritual Center, we are committed to serving everyone who has an interest and willingness in evolving spiritually. There are no qualifications except interest in awakening to your true identity: that which is One with God, the Source of ALL Life. Our goal as a spiritual community is Co-Creating a Heaven on Earth.

Who We Are

Rev. Paula Lawrence

Our Pastor, Reverend Paula Lawrence, is a 40 year student and facilitator of A Course In Miracles. She was ordained as a New Thought Minister in 2006 by The Fellowship School of Ministry.

Nonprofit

The Gathering Spiritual Center and Church was incorporated by the state of Michigan as a nonprofit organization. Per the IRS statutes, we are a 501(c)(3) organization for charitable contributions. Donations can be sent via Zelle bank transfer, using email address: thegathering423@gmail.com

Healing Prayer

Divine Presence within me, I acknowledge that I am as you created me to be. I am the extension of Your love and healing light. It is my desire that the light and love of my Being goes out to all those in need and blesses all of creation.

We affirm that the strength and courage to overcome all seeming imperfections of mind, body, and spirit lie within us. With Your Holy Spirit as our teacher and guide, all obstacles are surmountable. We experience miracles by keeping our spiritual sight open to the love that surrounds us. Together we breathe in that reality.
We are One with that reality. Amen.

A Centering Prayer

Our Beloved, Who art in Heaven,
This quiet still place within me,
Hallowed is Your Name,
In many languages and by many faiths.
Help us create a Heaven here on earth.
Let it begin with us by standing courageously,
Willing to look at our fears.
Thank you for giving us our daily bread,
Those sisters and brothers who bring to our awareness
What we need to see.
Help us forgive ourselves and each other our errored
Thoughts, words and actions.
Help us lead ourselves not into the temptation of
Forgetfulness,
But lead us back into Your heart, Beloved,
Where we abide as Divine Oneness.
Amen.
